Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within [1-3] business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, 2isupply transfers all title and risk of loss to you. We are strictly not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended) Because we ship specialized, high-value materials, we strongly encourage you to protect your investment. You have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout.

If you purchase insurance: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you will be able to file a claim through the insurance provider to recover your funds.

If you decline insurance: You assume 100% of the risk. 2isupply will not issue refunds, offer store credit, or replace uninsured materials that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping We offer international shipping. Please note that the customer is entirely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays associated with international shipping. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or rejection at the border, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
