2isupply Return & Refund Policy

At 2isupply, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

We only accept returns and issue refunds if your item is defective, or is significantly not as described (e.g., you received the wrong item).

Please note: Items damaged in transit by the shipping carrier are subject to our Shipping Policy. We do not issue refunds for transit damage. You must purchase shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage caused by the carrier.

Defects and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us immediately at sales@2isupply.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for this type of return, you must provide:

  • Your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Transit Damage Claims (Insured Orders Only)

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout and your item arrived damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us at sales@2isupply.com with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging so we can assist you in filing an insurance claim. Uninsured orders are not eligible for replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return for a Defect or Incorrect Item

If you believe your item qualifies for a return based on the criteria above, contact us at sales@2isupply.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
