We’re Valentin and Ryan from 2i Supply, aka “two idiots.” We’re serious about quality and technical work, but we like to keep the spirit light. For us, this is all about passion, creativity, and building cool things with cool people.

Valentin, 37, is a Swiss knife enthusiast who blends a material science background with a professional photography career. With a master’s in engineering and a PhD in nanophotonics, he brings together a creative eye and scientific rigor. He personally helps source and fabricate rare, unique materials that push the field forward, often inspired by Swiss watchmaking’s precision and beauty. Everything 2i Supply offers is something he would proudly want in his own collection, where passion meets precision.

Ryan, 37, holds down the fort in Colorado. He’s not the scientist or the maker—he’s the guy who keeps the gears turning at 2i Supply: handling logistics, payments, and making sure packages get exactly where they’re going. As a collector himself, his approach to quality control is simple: he looks at everything from the buyer's perspective. If he wouldn’t be excited to find it in his own mailbox, he’s not shipping it to yours.
